This is the way, we’ve been told. And yes, it makes sense.But it’s exhausting. ALWAYS doing the right thing.some days, you just want to break things. be petty. cause mayhem. choose violence. be bothered. be selfish. yell into your pillow. yell at someone.you know it’s not good for you.
you know it won’t fix the problem.
but you can’t help it.
on days like those, don’t beat yourself up. don’t feel guilty.
cut yourself some slack. go ape. do the wrong thing. let loose.
and laugh/cry/yell at what it means to be human.
pain & co.
for days when you just can’t.
